Details about cancellations, refunds, and eligibility criteria

At Fun Town Kids Park, we want your visit to be stress-free! We understand that life with kids can be unpredictable. Here is how we handle refunds and cancellations.
Individual Day Passes
- General Admission: Tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Rescheduling: If your plans change, you can move your tickets to a future date at no extra cost, provided you notify us at least 4 hours before your scheduled arrival time.
- No-Shows: Tickets not used or rescheduled by the time of entry are forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.
Birthday Parties & Private Events
- The Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of ₹5,000 is required to hold your date.
- Cancellations: If you cancel 14+ days before the event, your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future party within 12 months.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before the event result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
- Inclement Weather/Park Closure: If Fun Town must close for safety or maintenance, you will receive a 100% refund or a priority rebooking.
Retail & Add-Ons (Socks, Café, Toys)
- Unopened Items: Grip socks and toys may be returned within 7 days for a full refund if they are in their original, unopened packaging with a receipt.
- Food & Drink: Due to health and safety regulations, all café and food purchases are final and non-refundable.
The "Oops, My Kid is Sick" Clause
We never want a sick child at the park! If your child wakes up with a fever on the day of your visit:
- Call us or email hello@funtownpark.com before your time slot begins.
- We will issue a Play Credit to your account, valid for 60 days, so you can come back when everyone is feeling 100%.
How to Request a Refund
To request a change or refund, please have your Order Number ready and:
- Email: support@funtownpark.com
- Visit: The Guest Services desk at the park entrance.
- Online: Log in to your "Fun Account" and select "Manage Bookings."
